Before starting this blog, I spent over a decade navigating the fashion world — sometimes as a consumer, sometimes as an industry insider, and always as someone who loved putting outfits together. I worked in retail buying, freelanced as a personal stylist, and spent years helping friends and family refine their wardrobes. Through it all, I kept noticing the same thing: most style advice is either too vague to be useful or too specific to apply to real life.
That's the gap ZeroToUs fills. This isn't a blog about following trends blindly or buying things you don't need. It's about building a wardrobe that works for your actual life — your job, your weekends, your travel, your body, your budget. The name ZeroToUs comes from the idea that style is personal: it goes from zero (a blank canvas) to us (something that feels authentically yours).
